The Challenge

In rural Pakistan, millions live without access to clean water. Women and children walk for hours each day, exposed to harsh conditions and unsafe routes, just to collect a few litres of water, often contaminated and unfit for drinking. The lack of clean water doesn’t just impact health, it steals time from education, limits income potential, and deepens the cycle of poverty. Water scarcity is not just a crisis of thirst, it’s a crisis of basic survival

Our Approach

Our handpump project delivers a simple, sustainable solution with powerful long-term impact, installing water wells while simultaneously empowering communities. We work with local residents to mould eco-bricks, build durable platforms, and learn how to maintain the water systems themselves. This hands on involvement creates jobs, develops practical skills, and builds local economies.
